1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Processing timelines may vary slightly during high-demand periods, festive seasons, or promotional sales.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders across India.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its courier network.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and serviceability.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays in certain regions.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing tracking details.
Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can track your shipment directly through the courier link shared in the confirmation message.
4. Taxes & Duties
All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST.
There are no additional customs duties or hidden charges for domestic shipments within India.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Dewdrops Wellness Pvt. Ltd. ensures that all products are securely packed before dispatch.
If you receive a damaged package, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our logistics partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Replacement or refund will be processed after verification.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
